Archos announced the generation 10 tablets, the Element lineup back in late-August and did so with the Archos 101 XS. And well, it looks like the second device in the Archos Element tablet lineup has been revealed. The tablet arrives as the Archos 97 Xenon and as the name would imply, it brings a 9.7-inch display. A bit more specifically, a 9.7-inch display in a 4:3 aspect ratio and with a resolution of 1024 x 768. Otherwise, some of the other goodies include Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with Google Play access, a 1.4GHz processor and 4GB of internal storage. Worry not though as the 97 Xenon will also have a microSD card slot with support for cards up to 32GB in size. The remaining specs are as follows; 512MB of RAM, USB 2.0, 3.5mm headphone jack, built-in speakers, microphone, 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera, a 2.0 megapixel rear-facing camera, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and built-in 3G. The Archos 97 Xenon measures in at 248 x 188 x 11.5mm and weighs in at 22.9 ounces. Finally, no word yet on the pricing or the availability.
