HP has offered up some details on their latest display, the HP x2401 which is said to be “strikingly thin.” Of course, with a display that measures in at 11mm thick thin, we sort of have to agree. Not to mention, at least based on the images, we also believe the x2401 has a rather nice look. That aside though, the HP x2401 is a 24-inch Backlit LED display and is sporting a glossy black-piano finish and brushed-metal case. Those who make the purchase can expect to find integrated DisplayPort and HDMI posts, wall-mounting capability and courtesy of the MVA panel technology — a 5,000:1 and 10,000,000:1 static and dynamic contrast ratio. Finally, the HP x2401 will be available in the US beginning in November with a price of $249.
