Samsung has confirmed, by way of an official press release, the upcoming release of the Galaxy Note II for those in the UK. And by upcoming, we mean soon. In fact, next week. Samsung has stated that the phablet would be available beginning October 1st. According to Samsung, the Galaxy Note II will be available at the Samsung Brand Store at Westfield, Stratford City as well as with all major networks in the UK. And to further confirm this bit, UK retailer Clove will also be continuing with their pre-orders with an expected shipping data of Monday or Tuesday of next week. The pricing with Clove, which is SIM-free, is £528.00 with VAT being included. Otherwise, the regular pricing will vary depending on the carrier and plan you choose. Finally, as we have seen before — the Galaxy Note II will bring goodies to include Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, a 5.5-inch display, quad-core 1.6GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, 3100 mAh battery, the S Pen and other perks to include 50GB of Dropbox storage (free for the first 2 years).
