Barnes & Noble partners with Dixons Retail, means the NOOK will be available in Currys and PC World

Earlier today Barnes & Noble announced the upcoming availability of NOOK Video. And well, it looks like the ereaders will also soon be a bit easier to get for those in the UK. Barnes & Noble has followed up the earlier announcement with news of a partnership with Dixons Retail. Simply put, that means those in the UK will have two additional retail outlets to shop for (or check out) the NOOK in person. Of course, those in the UK will likely realize, Dixons Retail means PC World and Currys Stores. More than 600 retail stores between the two. Otherwise, they will be carrying the NOOK Simple Touch and the NOOK Simple Touch with GlowLight and the availability is set to begin “this autumn.”
