I have spoken about my growing dislike for Kickstarter here in the past, however I am fairly certain that while I am burnt out, there are others with plenty of excitement left. That begin said, it seems like a good move to pass on word about a recent project. And while I will not be pledging myself, this is one that I will keep in mind and possibly purchase once it is readily available. The item is called Jorno. It is a foldable, portable, Bluetooth keyboard. At the moment the minimum pledge level is $89 which gives you a black keyboard and your name on the Jorno website as an original backer. The keyboard will retail for $119 once available so it seems you are getting a pretty solid deal.
Jorno is the folding Bluetooth keyboard that fits in your pocket and allows you to type with ease anytime, anywhere. It works with iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Write email in a cafe. Take notes in a meeting or class. Blog wherever you are.
Otherwise, the Jorno keyboard measures in at 3.5 x 3.5 x 1.2 inches when folded, 8.5 x 3.5 x 0.3 when unfolded and weighs in at 8.8 ounces. The keyboard has a rechargeable battery that is said to be able to provide up to one month of use on a single charge. It ships with a micro USB cable for charging and sports an On/Off LED along with a Low Battery LED.
