Google has recently provided an easy way for you to retrieve every video you’ve ever uploaded to YouTube through Google Takeout. Google Takeout will let you download your original video files with a few clicks.

Any post-upload changes made to the videos will not be included with the download. That means any stability, lighting or annotation changes you may have made won’t be present. You’ll be getting back raw videos that are in the same form they were when you uploaded them.

Frequent uploaders of high definition videos could be in for a pretty beefy download consisting of several gigabytes. However, if you never kept local copies of your videos, this option is very useful.
