We had already known that UK retailer Clove was planning to launch the Galaxy Note II and RAZR i in early October. However as of today, said retailer has confirmed a specific release date. That date is October 1st for both devices. The one catch here, the Titanium Grey Galaxy Note II — this one is not shipping until October 15th. Otherwise, the 16GB Marble White Galaxy Note II will be priced at £440.00 (or £528.00 with VAT being included) and the RAZR i will be priced at £285.00 (or £342.00 with VAT being included).

As far as the devices, lets offer a brief recap on the specs. Beginning first with the Galaxy Note II, expect to find Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, a 5.5-inch display, quad-core 1.6GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, 3100 mAh battery, 1.9 megapixel front-facing camera, an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, the S Pen and other perks to include 50GB of Dropbox storage (which will be free for the first 2 years). The Motorola RAZR i feature set includes an Intel Atom processor along with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich, a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display, 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, 5GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot and a 2000 mAh battery that is said to be able to provide up to “20 hours of mixed usage time.”
