While the details are still pretty skimpy, Canadian carrier Telus has confirmed the upcoming availability of the recently announced HTC One X+ smartphone. Telus has yet to offer anything specific in terms of a release date or price, however they did confirm that the One X+ would be available “this fall.” That being said, while we are going to have to keep a watch out to see what the pricing will be — we already know the specs. The HTC One X+ will arrive running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and with hardware to include a 4.7-inch display, 1.7GHz Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, a 2100 mAh battery, 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera and an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera. Overall a nice step up from the current HTC One X. In addition, this handset will have Beats Audio integration, version 4+ of the HTC Sense user interface and a new web-portal called HTC Get Started to make setting things up a bit quicker and hopefully easier.
