ViewSonic today is announcing its latest LED optical HD display dubbed the ViewSonic TD2220. According to ViewSonic, this HD display is ideal for commercial, high-traffic and consumer environments since it is equipped with advanced dual point optical touch technology with hardened 8H level scratch resistant surface. This ensures high touch accuracy and durability, ViewSonic claims. Featuring a full HD 1080p resolution, the ViewSonic TD2220 also features a dustproof surface and when paired with multiple video sources such as DVI with HDCP and VGA inputs, the display is capable of delivering blur-free video and sharp business graphics. The display is also USB HID compliant, meaning it can provide automatic touch functionality via USB connection under Windows. Other features of the ViewSonic TD 2220 include integrated speakers with SRS Premium Sound and dual USB ports. The ViewSonic TD 2220 is scheduled for release third week of October. It will set you back $329.
