Google is in the process of rolling out an updated version of their mobile homepage. The changes are not over-the-top, however there does appear to be a few perks coming as a result of the change. To begin with, Google has added a services menu on the left hand side. This can be accessed by tapping the new icon (3 horizontal lines) that sits in the top left hand corner of the page, just to the left of the link for “Web.” Once tapped, this will open to a list of Google services to include Google+, Search, Images, Maps and others. The other change includes a redesigned top bar that now has a place for Google+ notifications along with a shortcut to the service. That being said, nothing major, but seemingly nice tweaks. Keep in mind though, this change is still in the process of rolling-out, which means you may or may not be seeing it just yet.
