Apple was granted a preliminary injunction against the Samsung Galaxy Nexus during a lawsuit back in February. And as one would suspect, Samsung immediately filed an appeal. And as of today, Reuters is reporting that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, has ruled that the district court in California “abused its discretion in entering an injunction.” Of course, while good news for Samsung at the moment, it does not mean the case is done and complete as it will now be sent back to a California court for reconsideration.
