Echofon development will cease for desktop applications

Shortly after releasing an alpha version of Echofon for Android, naan studio announced it is ceasing development of all its desktop applications.

Starting on October 31, the Windows, Mac and Firefox versions of Echofon will no longer be available to download from the official website. All of the apps will continue to work for now, but there will be no more updates by the time the end of the month comes around. Going forward, naan studio will focus all of its attention on Echofon for iOS, Android and possible other mobile operating systems.
