We recently saw Dell launch pre-orders for the XPS Duo 12, and well, as of today it looks like they have begun accepting pre-orders for the XPS 10 Tablet. The XPS 10 is running Windows RT and features (as the name would imply), a 10-inch display. A bit more specifically, the display measures in at 10.1-inches and is HD with a resolution of 1366 x 768.
Some of the others specs include a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 processor, 32GB SSD, 2 megapixel front-facing camera, 5 megapixel rear-facing camera, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and an overall weight of 1.4 pounds. The XPS 10 is a tablet, however there will be an option to add a keyboard and touchpad. This will bring a 92 percent full-sized keyboard with dedicated Windows soft keys and a gesture enabled touchpad. This will also add some additional weight, bringing the total up to 2.89 pounds.
Dell has the XPS 10 priced from $499 and is currently showing an expected shipping date of December 17th. And of course, there is the option to upgrade some of those specs. Some of the upgrades include a 64GB SSD and also bundling the tablet with the keyboard.
