It looks like Google may have quietly stopped selling the 8GB Nexus 7 tablet. That said, what follows is a bit of speculation based on what we are expecting to see come October 29th. You see, the Google Play listing for the 8GB tablet has been changed to a coming soon style listing. The 16GB model does however remain available and ready for purchase. The thought here, Google has run out of inventory on the 8GB model and come October 29th we will see Google selling a 16GB and a 32GB model. Time will tell just how accurate this will prove to be, but regardless if Google gives the 8GB Nexus 7 an end-of-life status or not, one thing seems certain — we are going to see a 32GB model introduced.
