Windows 8 Pro users can get the Media Center upgrade for free through the end of January

Windows 8 early adopters will be able to get the Windows 8 Media Center Pack as a free update. You will need to purchase Windows 8 Pro Pack in order to do so though. Plus, you will have to claim and download that update before the end of January to get it for free. This offer is coming by way of the Microsoft site and will require you to purchase the Windows 8 Pro Pack, which for a limited time is available for $69.99. From here you can visit said Microsoft site and upon entering your email address, Microsoft will send you a product key for the Windows 8 Media Center Pack. But remember, this all needs to be done prior to January 31, 2013.
