The Samsung Galaxy Premier has not been all that much of a secret up until this point. It was a device that saw more than its fair share of leaks and rumors. But on that note, Samsung has recently come forward with an official announcement. The announcement included a confirmation on the specs and even mentioned when the handset would first be available. And while we have to say that the specs make the Galaxy Premier look like a decent device, this is one that will probably not end up in the hands of many users. You see, it appears as if the roll-out is going to be limited. As of now the handset will be available in November — for those in the Ukraine. The Galaxy Premier price tag will be 5,555 Ukrainian hryvnias, which for those wondering, translates to $860 in terms of US dollars. Finally, as for those specs — these include Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, a 4.65-inch (1280 x 720) HD Super AMOLED display and depending on the region, either HSPA+ or LTE connectivity. Other specs include 8GB or 16GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, 2100 mAh battery, NFC, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, 1.9 megapixel front-facing camera and an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera.
