Boxee TV (Media Streamer) now available with Walmart, selling for $98

As we were expecting to happen, Walmart has officially begun selling the Boxee TV. Or as listed on the Walmart website, the Boxee Media Streamer. Name aside though, this set-top box will set you back $98 and means you will be able to stream over-the-air broadcast TV from ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and more as well as use the included Internet apps. The apps include Netflix, VUDU, YouTube, Pandora and others. Bottom line here, the Boxee TV seems like a good options for those who are looking to get their local channels over-the-air, and or, add a box to their existing set-up to bring movie streaming to their big screen.
