We are expecting Verizon Wireless to release another oversized smartphone in the not to distant future. The key here though, aside from some rumors, leaks and speculation — we have nothing much to go on. That being said, the leaked specs have shown the handset to have a 5-inch display with a full 1080P HD resolution, quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
Otherwise, we had seen rumors of a November release and we think that Verizon and HTC may make an official announcement on November 13. But all this aside, the folks over at GottaBeMobile have recently come forward with a new timeframe for release. They are now reporting from, based on what they describe as an “extremely reliable source,” that they Droid DNA will not be released until December.
