Zynga announced yesterday that its CFO, David Wahner has left the company to join Facebook. The move is one of several the weary company made as it scrambles to deal with the $95 million loss it took due to the less than sterling acquisition of OMGPOP and a $108 million dollar earnings loss, which it blames on Facebook’s blundered IPO.

Other moves included Barry Cottle as the new chief revenue officer, Steven Chiang as President of Games, and David Ko as the new COO. Wahner is now Facebook’s vice president of corporate finance and business planning.
