Samsung Galaxy S III becomes Cricket’s second LTE phone offering

Aside from the LG Optimus Regard, Cricket Wireless is also bringing in the Samsung Galaxy S III as its second 4G LTE-capable device. This is good news for those of you who were not that impressed with the specs and features of the LG Optimus Regard. As you may have known by now, the Samsung Galaxy S III is one of the most advanced Android smartphones available on the market right now. So, it will definitely be a better buy. Said handset will be offered for $549.99. To go with the Galaxy S III is Cricket’s no contract, unlimited data, talk and text plans which starts from $50 per month. The plan will give you 2GB of full-speed data. If you want more, there’s also the $60 plan which allows 5GB of full-speed data and the $70 plan with 10GB of full-speed data. And as a quick review, the Samsung Galaxy S III offers a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED touch-screen, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.0 ICS, 2100 mAh Li-Ion battery, 8MP photo with LED flash camera and 1.9MP HD front-facing camera.
