We had heard some rumors about Verizon Wireless Black Friday sale items earlier in the week, and well, it looks like thy are beginning to get confirmed. The details are coming by way of Twitter. Or more specifically, by way of Chuck, aka @VZWChuck. Anyway, thanks to a recent tweet, we now know that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 will be just $99.99. The interesting part here, that appears to be a contract-free $99.99.
You see, the Verizon listing for this tablet notes the price as being $349.99 with month-to-month service. According to Chuck, the tablet is normally $350 and selling for $99. Hence, a contract-free $99.99.
And sure, the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 may still be running Ice Cream Sandwich (as opposed to Jelly Bean), but that is a pretty solid price for a 4G LTE tablet. Even more so when you can add it to a family share plan for an additional $10 per month.
Tempting, very tempting.
