As expected, Apple isn’t awfully generous this Black Friday, “slashing” prices ever so delicately. Furthermore, the hottest Apple device, the iPhone 5, is left out entirely, but thankfully AT&T has your back.
The US carrier has the most popular smartphone around starting at $99.99 (the 16 GB version), but there are a couple of catches. You’ll of course be asked to sign up to a two-year contract to get the iPhone 5 for 100 bucks, but you’ll also have to make due with a refurbished device.
That means the phone is in mint condition, as new, but not new, and that it only comes with a 90-day warranty. Still, you can’t complain very much, especially that you can even go for the 32 GB flavor (for $199.99) or the 64 GB model (for $299.99).
If Android or Windows Phone-powered devices are more like your tune, AT&T has you covered as well, with refurbished handhelds like the Nokia Lumia 900, HTC Vivid and Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket going for $0.01. The refurb HTC One X is $9.99, while the Galaxy S2, Galaxy Note and Motorola Atrix HD are $29.99.
