Amazon: Cyber Monday 2012 was biggest day ever for Kindle sales

It looks like Cyber Monday was a good day for Amazon in terms of Kindle sales. In fact, Amazon has issued a press release statement touting this year as the “biggest day ever for Kindle sales worldwide.” And without revealing anything in terms of numbers, Amazon also went on to mention that “worldwide Kindle device sales more than double last year’s record over the holiday shopping weekend.” Bottom line, Amazon has once again sold lots and lots of Kindle devices. Of course, with deals such as a $129 Kindle Fire, we can sort of understand why so many people were willing to make purchase. Finally, in addition to being able to get a Kindle with Amazon, you can also shop with retailers to include Best Buy, Radio Shack and Staples.
