It looks like HP has extended their Cyber Monday offering, which for those who missed out — means you can still grab a free Nook Simple Touch. The offer appears to be simple enough, buy any HP computer and get a Nook Simple Touch reader for free. This deal will run through December 8 and is available with laptops (priced from $399.99) and desktops (priced from $299.99).
