The acoustic specialists at Bose have just announced the release of their SoundDock Series III digital music system, an updated version of their SoundDock series for Apple products. This new models features Apple’s new Lightning connection jack, enabling easy docking functionality for iPhone 5, iPod Touch (5th generation) and iPod nano (7th generation.)

Ultimately, not unlike Bose’s earlier version (which had a price drop in the dawn of its descendant) in terms of specs and sound capabilities; which is a-okay for us.

The new edition to the SoundDock audio system retails for $249.95, which for the quality ain’t too shabby. If you’re the music-listener type like me who likes to plug-in and go, this is a good match for you.
