The tablet market, while crazy crowded and competitive, offers people with quite a few no-brainer choices these days. Want a 10-inch tablet and money isn’t an issue? The iPad 4 is definitely the best. Looking for a more portable and affordable tab? You can’t go wrong with Asus and Google’s Nexus 7.
But how about if you want both a 10-inch display and a decently priced slate? Now that’s one hard nut to crack. Thankfully, that’s why discount websites like Woot.com exist. And today’s Woot, you guessed it, makes one of the best 10-inchers around also budget-friendly.
And talk about coincidences, this also comes from Asus, the OEM behind Nexus 7’s hit. The Transformer Pad TF300T is up for grabs from Woot for $250 with 16 GB of on-board storage or $350 with 32 gigs. Both offers are valid for tabs without docking stations but the TF300 is still a decent and snappy computing machine on the go.
The only catch is Woot’s Transformers are refurbished and only come with 90-day warranties. If you’re willing to overlook that, you have about 12 hours (and counting) to take advantage of the deal.
