Dropbox iOS App Update Brings New Photo Tab and More

Dropbox has just announced the latest update to its mobile app for iOS. The updated app brings in several new features top-billed by a brand-new Photo tab that lets you scroll through a timeline of all the photos you’ve uploaded to your Dropbox account. This can be done via a single tap from the mobile app’s main menu. With the said photo tab, you will also be able to view a photo in full-screen. The app also lets you scroll through your photo timeline faster.

Additionally, uploading photos to Dropbox via the iOS app is now faster than before. Now you can easily navigate to the folder of your choice and then upload something or create a new folder by simply tapping on the “+” icon. The process is not only faster but simpler as well.

Finally, the updated Dropbox iOS app also now sports a new shiny design. Text labels on tabs are replaced by icons, the Dropbox blue icon is now also splashed across the app. In short, the app’s overall interface is fresher and cleaner now than before And before we forget, the app also gets a refreshed icon on the App Store.
