Rumor: Samsung Galaxy S IV to Hit Production Lines This Month?

We got a teaser of Samsung’s 5-inch full HD AMOLED display screen last month at CES. With still no official word on when or where we’ll first see the new technology hit the streets, a rumor published Wednesday morning by Sammyhub says that it could be put into production as early as this month.
Their source is a Korean news site, Ddaily.co.kr, where after translation states that Samsung Display will mass produce the display and it may make it to Samsung Electronics by March.
The HD display is said to be featured on their new generation flagship phone, Galaxy S IV, which is rumored to roll out in April.<Source: Sammyhub>
