The Z10 has made it to America. Well, sorta. Announced Monday morning by Solavei Mobile Service, BlackBerry’s new flagship phone has been made available with an unlimited service (voice, text and data) and nationwide access to the company’s partner 4G networks for only $50 per month.

Although this is great news for BB fans and smartphone enthusiasts, we wouldn’t recommend running out the door just yet. Although it’s a pretty sweet subscription for the world’s freshest smart device, there is one understated fee. And the major detraction for this wireless opportunity is that customers will need to purchase the Z10 up front.

For a thousand dollars.

“We believe in giving our members access to the latest phones and wireless capabilities,” said Ryan Wuerch, founder and CEO of Solavei. “Solavei not only gives its members the opportunity to pay less for unlimited mobile service, but even the opportunity to earn income by sharing Solavei with others.”

Solavei offers a unique cellphone experience, allowing their customers to earn money by earning commission from signing other customers up for the service. In just four months, the company has paid out $5 million dollars to their customers for word-of-mouth and social media referrals.

So if the $1,000 for the Z10 seems a bit outlandish, you can always have friends of yours sign up for the service and collect their referral money to pay off your phone!
