Valentine’s Day came and went, but if you’re still on the prowl for something cool, cute and cheap for you or your significant other, AT&T and Amazon have come together in offering a very lucrative deal for the HTC One VX.

Granted, the three month old mid-range phone has never had a prohibitive price tag attached to its name, but now it’s like you’d be crazy to turn it down. The snazzy red model is just $0.99 if you go through AT&T, while the white variant is a penny on Amazon Wireless.

Both versions look kind of girly, but that only means there’s little risk involved if you’re thinking of picking one up for your better half. Of course, you’ll need to strike a two-year agreement with AT&T no matter which of the two versions you end up choosing, but that’s not too inconvenient, is it?

Amazon’s $0.01 special price for the white VX is even valid for existing AT&T customers looking to upgrade or add a line, so you really can’t do much better than this.

If you need a quick reminder on VX’s specs, here goes – 4.5-inch display, dual-core 1.2 GHz CPU, Android 4.0 ICS, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage, 5 MP camera.
