This year’s MWC is still a full week away, but we know very well there’ll be a lot of companies looking to jump the gun and out their new devices early. One of these could be Nokia, seeing as the Finnish OEM just can’t keep secrets… well, secret.
We’ve been hearing about the unreleased mid-range Lumia 520 and 720 handhelds for several weeks already, but obviously the two don’t have enough glamour to be in the spotlight much. Enter two other Lumia devices, known as RM-887 and RM-860, and expected on stage in Barcelona.
Considering the Lumia 520 carries the model number RM-914 and the 720 is the RM-885, these two new mysterious phones are most likely future high-enders. Rumored to land on Verizon soon, they are also dubbed Laser and Catwalk.
The two have been making the rumor rounds before and yet very little is known about their spec sheets. The Laser might be Verizon’s version of the current Lumia 920 and nothing more, but the Catwalk is to step things up a notch and become the newest Nokia flagship.
There should be a 4.5-inch display on the new guy, an aluminum sleek chassis, 4G LTE, a dual-core processor of sorts and a PureView camera. Barcelona, here we come!
