HTC is expected to unveil their One smartphone at around 10 o’clock in New York. With much buzz gone into it’s release, formerly codenamed as M7, the Taiwanese company’s flagship phone is expected have top-tier specs including enhanced audio by Beats by Dre, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and a full-HD LCD touchscreen.
With roughly thirty minutes to go, we caught wind of some new leaked press photos, first published by French tech site Nowhere Else.
You can see both the black and the silver versions, as we expected and these are the first shots that show the device’s back side. Lookin’ good.
Out of the box, the HTC flagship One runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS overlaid with the HTC Sense 5 UI and a 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor (the second device to feature the microchip, which was unveiled at CES.) It’s workload is handled on 2 GB of RAM with 32 GB of hard drive space and a decently-enduring 2,300 mAh battery.
Even from these press images, it’s 4.7-inch Full HD 1080p Super LCD screen produces a vibrant and movie-friendly picture.
