Preceding the Optimus L7II launch in Russia about a week and a half ago, the newest edition to the next generation Optimus LII Series, the Optimus L3II will hit shelves this week, starting in Brazil. Both single and dual SIM models will follow in other South American markets, then Central America, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa, but with no time frame announced yet.

Like the L7, the Optimus L3 furthers the smartphone’s design with four new elements added to create for a more involved user experience: Seamless Layout, Laser Cut Contour, Radiant Rear Design and a colorful Smart LED Lighting home key.

It features a larger capacity battery than the previous generation L3, the Optimus L3II will now include QuickMemo and Overlay mode for enhanced productivity. This means seamlessly switching from two different active, full-screen windows and offers a transparent “layer” screen for note taking.

“The Optimus L3II is a versatile phone for the smart and stylish individual,” said Dr. Jong-seok Park, LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company President and CEO. “It’s improved user experience makes this an attractive device for customers who want to express their sense of style without sacrificing functionality.”
