Samsung’s hyped “Unpacked” event is said to be the company’s release celebration of an upcoming Galaxy S IV phone. Expected to give Apple’s iPhone a run for it’s money, as it’s predecessor, the Galaxy S III did, the device has been subject to many rumors, leaks and speculation in the recent weeks.

Tuesday, Samsung themselves provided us with a potentially first official glimpse at what could be the updated flagship smartphone. Published on Samsung’s official U.S. Twitter account, @SamsungMobileUS, was the following message and image:

Could this be the real thing? Well, it’s clearly tough to say for sure. To us, this phone appears a lot like the Galaxy S III — just compare it’s curved aluminum bezel edge against the current flagship phone. Come to think of it, this silhouette doesn’t look all that different than those Chinese leaks from yesterday. Could this mean that Samsung has left the Galaxy S body untouched? Are they teasing us? Hello?

Luckily for us, there are only two more days until all these questions and more become revealed. And you can trust that we’ll keep you posted here at GadgeTell as it happens.
