From Fleeting to Forever

Ever wonder how you will go about preserving and enjoying your digital images long into the future, while also keeping them safe from hard drive crashes? I new ebook looks at that dilemma, and provides some solutions to make those pictures last.

“From Fleeting to Forever: Enjoying & Preserving Your Digital Photos and Videos” is a new e-book, authored by veteran journalists Mike McEnaney and Greg Scoblete. According to the announcement, the book “explores the many remarkable things there are to do with your digital images and, just as importantly, how to protect them for future generations.”

The book includes chapters on organizing photo/video collections, safe sharing, and how to easily pass along photos to future generations.

McEnaney is the former editor of Tell magazine, as well as our former sister publication Picture Business, while Scoblete is the editor of the website Your Digital Life and also a noted foreign policy blogger for Real Clear World.

“From Fleeting to Forever” is available now, for $6.99, through Amazon and Kobo’s bookstores, and will be available from the Barnes and Noble, Sony, Apple online bookstores by the end of the month.
