nokia-lumia-928-samsung-galaxy-s4Aaaawwww yyyeeeaaaa! Two of the hottest smartphones around have just had their prices slashed by always reliable online retailer Amazon. The names are Nokia Lumia 928 and Samsung Galaxy S4 and, while the discounts are not exactly massive, they sure help the duo become even more attractive than before.

Not that any of the two needed them. The Lumia 928, now available for 99 cents with Verizon contracts, was previously $29.99, whereas the 32 GB Galaxy S4, complete with AT&T 24-month agreements, has dropped from $249.99 to $209.99.

Again, free money is free money, so don’t you dare complain. Especially since Amazon’s special new prices are valid for both new and upgrading customers of Big Red and Ma Bell respectively.

Now, which of the two phones should you get? I’m in no position to answer that, but if money’s not an issue, you’ll probably want to go for the GS4. Not only does it come with plenty of storage space in tow, but it also sports a stunning 5-inch Full HD screen, an explosive quad-core Snapdragon 600 chip, 2 GB of RAM, 13 MP rear camera and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

Meanwhile, Nokia’s crown jewel runs Windows Phone 8 and, aside from the much lower price tag, has a major selling point only in the 8 MP main snapper equipped with Carl Zeiss optics and optical image stabilization. Your call.
