Sprint, NETGEAR, Announce Tri-Band 4G LTE Devices

Sprint LogoSprint and NETGEAR Inc. have just announced the NETGEAR Zing Mobile Hotspot and the NETGEAR 341U USB Modem. These tri-band 4G LTE devices are designed to bring customers improved network performance.

Both of these devices provide access to three bands of spectrum: 2.5GHz, 1.9GHz, and 800MHz.

Sprint NETGEAR Zing Mobile HotspotThe Zing Mobile Hotspot lets customers extend their connection to up to 10 additional Wi-Fi-enabled devices. Tablets, laptops, media players, and game consoles can easily tap into the connection. The Zing Mobile Hotspot also features a 2.4-inch LCD touchscreen display, allowing the user to quickly change any of the settings.

It is simple to set up and connect with no software required and users can expect up to 10 hours of battery life with the 2,500mAh battery.

For those who prefer a plug-in option, the NETGEAR 341U USB Modem shares the same features as the Zing Mobile Hotspot. The USB Modem also has a built-in LCD display and easy set-up. Other features include integrated GPS for location-based services and a unique foldaway USB that swivels 180 degrees.
