Panasonic LogoPanasonic has announced the release of the new SC-NT10, an ultra-compact Bluetooth wireless speaker. With Quad Proof “tough” performance, the speaker system can withstand elements at the beach, pool, or any outdoor location.

The Panasonic SC-NT10 is shock proof, dust proof, water proof, and freeze/heat proof. These performance traits make it a perfect companion for those who want to bring music with them outdoors, no matter the season or weather.

The super-compact form of approximately 2-inch height and 4.5-inch diameter lets the Panasonic SC-NT10 portable wireless speaker travels easily in pockets, bags, and backpacks. Crammed in the compact size are full range speakers and a passive radiator to produce clear audio.

Panasonic NT10 Bluetooth Speaker waterproofThe SC-NT10 speaker features XBS sound technology, which amplifies low-frequency sounds. Enabling the Boost Mode enhances the mid-range sounds to provide the most accurate music that is clear and distinct.

The Bluetooth pairing makes for easy connection to smartphone and tablet devices. A built-in microphone on the Panasonic SC-NT10 lets you have hands-free conversations through the connected smartphone. The rechargeable battery powers the speaker for up to 8 hours and a USB port also allows users to charge other devices.

“The SC-NT10 is an ideal audio companion for anyone who loves the outdoors.  It’s equipped with unique features for ease-of-use including Near Field Communication for easy pairing with mobile devices, and produces crystal clear, powerful sound,” said David Fisher, Product Manager, Home Entertainment, Panasonic Consumer Marketing Company of North America.

The Panasonic SC-NT10 Bluetooth speaker will be available late August at a retail price of $99.99. Visit Panasonic.com for full specifications and additional photos.

Wow! this luks really cool. The price is also not bad. However, there are other cheaper alternates too. I recently bought a portable wireless speaker (e-Storm) from the Bitmore.co.uk for just £50 ($75) and even that has a really cool design, amazing features, awesome sound quality, ultra portable and water-resistant too. Just luv it!
