Look what we have here. We heard a bit of rumors about Samsung hosting an event on September 4 in Berlin but it yet wasn’t confirmed until now.
The Korean giant has confirmed that there will be hosting another ‘Unpacked’ event, Samsung Unpacked 2013: Episode 2, where the company is expected to unveil the next Galaxy Note.
It has been a ritual of the theirs to reveal the Galaxy Note series before the IFA every year. Both Galaxy Note 1 and Galaxy Note 2 were unveiled in a similar fashion and we expect that Galaxy Note 3 will receive the same treatment. Along with that, rumors also suggest in the past that Samsung will also unveil Galaxy Gear smartphone at the event on 4th September.
Galaxy Note 3 is expected to feature a 5.7 inch display, quad-core Snapdragon 800/Exynos 5420 SoC, 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage with a microSD card slot and is expected to ship with Android 4.3 on top of it. The device will be released in two different versions similar to Galaxy S4, catering different regions.
Samsung will host the same event in New York for those users who are unable to make it to Berlin. In less than a month, we will find out what announcements the company has planned for the event. Stay tuned.
