Remember that incredible deal of Amazon’s that brought Nokia Lumia 520’s price down to just $90.02? With no contractual obligations whatsoever? Of course you do, though in the meantime things have ever so slightly changed, with the Lumia 520 now costing $99.99.
But let’s forget about the 520 for a sec and talk about the 620 instead. This latter fellow is smaller than the most successful Lumia device to date, sporting a 3.8-inch display, but otherwise it’s better in almost every way.
It has a more distinguished design, a higher ppi pixel density screen, a superior dual-core processor, plus an extra front-facing camera and NFC. It also runs Windows Phone 8 (upgradeable to Amber), features a 5 MP rear snapper with LED flash and 512 MB of RAM.
And how much do you think it all costs? 200 bucks? 150? Wrong and wrong. It’s just $99.99 if you choose to do business with Aio Wireless, which is mind-blowingly cheap. I mean, for Pete’s sake, a couple of years ago you couldn’t even score a basic “dumb” phone for that dough.
Available in cyan, purple, yellow and lime, the Lumia 620 doesn’t come with any strings attached contract-wise, though you’ll likely only be able to use it with Aio or AT&T plans. If you ask me, that’s a very small price to pay to get in on this deal, so hurry up and get your $100 Lumia phone ASAP. It’s truly the best gadget money can buy.
