The NFC technology uses less power than traditional Bluetooth pairing. This has great potential for smartphone users when the phone is connected to a wireless network.

Wireless frequency can often disrupt Bluetooth signals to portable keyboards, causing keystrokes to me missed or repeated by the dozens.
