Logitech has just announced a new gaming mouse that intends to redefine wireless gaming. The Logitech G602 Wireless Gaming Mouse can last for 250 hours of non-stop lag-free gaming action. Logitech’s Delta Zero technology provides the accurate precision demanded by gamers.
The Logitech G602 features two modes for wireless gaming. Performance mode delivers up to 250 hours of battery life, while endurance mode last last more than 1400 hours. This kind of battery life eliminates one of the biggest concerns gamers have about wireless gaming mice.
Typical wireless gaming mice start to lose precision and responsiveness once the batteries start to drop too low, which can be all too soon for marathon gamers.
The Logitech G602 also features 11 programmable controls for key binding and assignments.
“When I play, I don’t want to think about anything other than my game and what my next move will be. When you look at the wireless gaming mice out there though, their primary flaw is the uncertainty of having to interrupt your game to replace batteries. Not anymore,” said Ehtisham Rabbani, general manager of the Logitech gaming business group.
“We set an outrageous goal, and we hit it. Doubling, tripling or even quadrupling the battery life of ordinary wireless gaming mice wasn’t enough. We wanted to bring gamers an innovation that would change the face of wireless gaming forever.
“With 250 hours of battery life, the G602 does exactly that. It’s time for gamers to get real science behind them so something as fundamental as a battery doesn’t get in the way of winning.”
Logitech didn’t stop at the creation and release of a brand new mouse. They also created two new mouse pads, the Logitech G440 and G240, to deliver fully-optimized surfaces for high- and low-DPI gaming, respectively.
All of these products are expected to be available next month. For more information visit gaming.logitech.com.
