The blue HTC One has received its fair share of rumors; with a number of which suggesting that it will be a Verizon exclusive, while some made it exclusive via Sprint. It turns out all these rumors were incorrect.
Finally putting the rumors to rest, Best Buy has announced that the blue HTC One will be exclusively available at all Best Buy locations and via the company website, starting September 15th. The device will be available on-contract on AT&T, Verizon and Sprint.
The award-winning HTC One will be available in a stunning new Metallic Blue exclusively through Best Buy in the United States with the option of 4G LTE service from AT&T, Sprint or Verizon at the more than 1,400 Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores as well as on BestBuy.com on Sunday, Sept. 15.
HTC One features an impressive set of specifications with a 4.7-inch display with 1080p resolution, 2GB RAM, 32/64GB internal storage, 4MP UltraPixel rear camera, 2.1 megapixel front camera, a Snapdragon 600 chipset clocked at 1.7GHz and running on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. HTC One is also expected to get the Android 4.3 update by the end of this month for US users, as confirmed by various sources.
