I’ve been using iOS 7 for several weeks now, and I’ve grown quite fond of the look. However, I’m not so fond of it that I want it on my Android device. Maybe you feel differently and just have to have the iOS 7 look and some of the features. Well, you’re in luck. iLauncher is the app for you.
You’ll get iOS-style folders, rounded corners and the look and feel of iOS apps. You can hold down apps to make them “jiggle” and move them around, delete them and add them to folders.
You can get a fifth row of apps, just like on the iPhone 5, and there’s an “iPad” mode for tablets. You don’t get the control panel or the iOS version of multi-tasking (so no swipe up to kill apps).
Here’s a video to show you some of the features.
However, if you use it, you’ll lose one of the key Android features: widgets. Which is why I’m not tempted by it. I love my widgets and don’t want to give them up. iOS looks cool, but it’s not that cool.
