HTC unveiled the not-so-secret One Max earlier this week. Andthe handset could have been one of the company’s worst kept secrets — as we found out every bit of its specifications before HTC officially announced the phablet.
Anyway, the Taiwanese OEM said that the phablet will hit the shelves by the end of October and it seems that Verizon Wireless in the U.S. will carry the handset. The Big Red recently posted a tweet mentioning that they will offer HTC One Max to its users.
The phablet brings a massive 5.9-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a quad-core Snapdragon 600 SoC with a clock speed of 1.7GHz and 2GB RAM. It comes with two storage options: 16GB and 32GB along with a microSD card slot for further storage.
On the rear, HTC One Max comes with a 4MP UltraPixel camera for photos and videos along with a fingerprint scanner as well. On the software side, HTC One Max comes with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and Blinkfeed 5.5 UI.
The company didn’t mention any pricing or exact date of availability, but they do have a sign up page where potential customers can sign up to know about the time when the phablet will hit the shelves.
