Google Nexus 5 is the worst kept secret of the search engine giant. The handset has appeared in several leaked videos and images since it was spotted in the [easyazon-link asin=”B007OVX77G” locale=”us”]Android 4.4 KitKat[/easyazon-link] video and it even made a brief appearance on the Google Play Store as well showing a price tag of $349, possibly for the 16GB model. We even saw a leaked retail packing a few weeks back as well.
Now, the prolific leaker @evleaks brings us another press render of the Google Nexus 5 in white with a simple caption, “In White. 11/1.” Based on our understanding, this might be the possible launch date of the long-rumored Google Nexus 5. Yes, there is chance that Google might put an end to all these rumors and leaks on November 1.
The rumor mill came up with many launch dates for the much-anticipated handsets. It start with October 14, which came and gone, and the most recent ones suggest an official unveiling on 31st October. In any case, it should see the daylight by the end of this week.
The Google Nexus 5 rumored specifications include a 4.95-inch full HD display with 1080p resolution, a quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset with a clock speed of 2.2GHz, 2GB RAM, 16/32GB internal storage, 8MP camera with OIS and will run Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box. Other features include Bluetooth, WiFi, LTE and wireless charging.
