On Monday, Monster Products took the stage for their CES 2014 press conference. In the typical Monster fashion, head monster Noel Lee took the stage as Rihanna’s “Monster” blared in the background. After a sentimental slideshow about Monster’s 35 years in the industry, Lee explained that Monster would be bringing back some vintage classics from Monster’s timeline, such as classic cables and connectors.
“We are a platform for creativity, innovation and collaboration,” Lee said.
Lee then went on to the new products consumers can expect to see in 2014. Since the DNA on-ears were such a great success this past holiday season, consumers can expect to see new available colors for Spring 2014.
Monster also discussed the new DNA Pro Over-Ears which came out in December, however, the next product, the DNA Pro-Wireless Headphones are expected to come out this year. These headphones feature noise-canceling technology, auto on/off functionality, and touch-sensitive swipe controls on the side.
“The noise reduction is unlike any you’ve ever experienced,” Lee said.
Lee then announced that the GO DJ will be available in personalized colors for 2014.
Finally, Monster announced the Monster N-Pulse Pro will see a second generation product due out in 2014 which will feature improved sound quality.
And of course it wouldn’t be a Monster press conference without a plethora of celebrity talent. Notable guests included Nick Cannon, Shaquille O’Neal and members of S.K.A.M artists like SUJIT.
Monster also unveiled collaborations with Adidas, UFC, the World Poker Tour and Lamborghini.
