Mark Zuckerburg just won’t end his shopping spree for new startups. Facebook recently acquired an India-based technology start-up Little Eye Labs. The latter is a known developer of tools for Android app developers.
Facebook has acquired quite a number of companies already the past years and this latest one only proves that the top social network still wants to get serious with mobile business. Why, Little Eye Labs’ tool is used to analyze mobile apps’ efficiency which could then be used by Facebook.
No word on how much Facebook paid for the Indian startup but you know that money isn’t a problem with the billionaire CEO. With this latest development, we hope to see a better (and faster) Facebook Mobile.
“Facebook is focused on producing useful and engaging mobile apps. The Little Eye Labs technology will help us to continue improving our Android codebase to make more efficient, higher-performing apps.”, shared Facebook’s engineering manager Subbu Subramanian.
The whole team of Little Eye Labs will be moving to Menlo Park.
