Geeksphone may not be as popular but Firefox OS-powered phones are good alternatives. We just learned the company is working on the Blackphone and soon, it will be launching a dual-OS handset. The latter is called the Revolution Spanish smartphone manufacture recently published more details about the phone, as well as, product images.
The phone will run both Firefox and Android but will still use Geeksphone’s MultiOS technology.
No word on pricing and availability but here’s a rundown of the specs: 4.7-inch IPS LCD screen, multitouch display, up to 1.6GHz Dual-core Intel Atom processor Z2560, 4GB EMMC + 1GB LPDDR2, 3.5MM audio jack, micro USB, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, AGPS, 8 megapixel main camera with flash LED, 2MP front camera, 1080p video recording at 30fps, and a 2000 mAh battery.
