verizon nexus 7Verizon Wireless has officially put the words out about the availability of the Verizon Nexus 7. That’s right, folks. For those of you who’ve been eyeing this Android tablet, you can now grab it starting February 13 from Verizon.

The Verizon Nexus 7 tablet will cost you $349.99. That’s the same price of the tablet on the Google Play Store and that is also a non-contract price. For those who may want to spend a $100 less upfront, well, Verizon is also offering an option with two-year contract which will cost you $249.99 to get the said tablet.

The Verizon Nexus 7 tablet  comes in black with LTE connectivity and 32GB of internal storage capacity. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and has a 7-inch full HD display. Google Now also comes pre-installed on this device to enable you to get real-time information including weather, traffic updates, news and more based on your location.

Verizon is also offering various cases to go along with the Verizon Nexus 7. There’s the Adopted Folio Frame available in black and red that will cost you $49.99, the Speck StyleFolio available in blue, black, and pink that will cost you $34.99.

There you go. If you’ve been eyeing this 2013 model of the Nexus 7, then February 13 should be a date to remember for you. For those who got the Nexus 7 tablet before and would want to have the option to run in on Verizon Wireless network. Well, we also have some good news for you. Verizon says that you will also be able to activate your tablet on Verizon network after downloading a certain software update. You will then need to add your Nexus 7 tablet under the Verizon Share Everything plan provided you’re willing to pay $10 per month extra.
